These terms govern access to the BTC Command Center website, browser-based member service and related support. Purchasing or using access means accepting these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
BTC Command Center visualises Bitcoin futures market data and observed market events. It does not execute or facilitate trades, buy, sell or hold cryptocurrency, custody assets, provide a wallet or brokerage, or provide personalized investment advice or instructions to buy or sell.
One plan is licensed to one trader, one device and one browser. Accounts are device-bound and may not be shared, transferred, published or resold.
A customer must provide accurate contact and account information, control the registered contact method, and be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is not directed to children.
Available plan duration, price, currency, included service, taxes and renewal status are shown before payment. USD and INR can be separately localized prices rather than a live conversion. Any enabled checkout accepts only fiat payment methods through an approved payment provider; BTC, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, tokens and direct wallet transfers are not accepted as payment. USD availability is subject to separate international-payment approval. A plan begins only after confirmed payment and activation.
The $1 / ₹99 Welcome Access is a one-time 7-day introductory term for an eligible new customer. It does not renew automatically. Attempts to obtain repeated welcome access through duplicate identities, payment methods or accounts may be rejected.
The plans currently displayed are prepaid fixed terms. They end on the stated expiry date and do not automatically charge again. Any future recurring option requires separate explicit consent and updated checkout disclosures before activation.
A longer term may be requested. Any price, unused-value credit and revised expiry must be presented before a separate payment is authorized. Downgrades do not create an automatic cash refund and normally take effect only through a later purchase.
Access is created only after the approved payment provider confirms that a payment is captured. A browser success message alone is not final proof of payment. Duplicate or inconsistent events are reviewed before fulfilment.
The service is delivered digitally; no physical shipping applies. Activation timing, failed-delivery handling and expiry are described in the Delivery & No-Shipping Policy.
Refund eligibility, request steps and processing are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. No refund is promised for trading losses, market outcomes or a change of mind after working digital access is delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, resale, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, service attacks or attempts to bypass device/access controls can result in restriction or termination.
Data depends on exchanges, networks and third-party infrastructure and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or revised. The service is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, profitability or fitness for a particular trade.
Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for every person. A member is solely responsible for research, account security, risk controls and decisions. Past or visualised data does not predict future results.
The website, interface, branding, text, visualisation and software are protected materials. Access is a limited personal licence; ownership is not transferred.
Hosting, market-data, messaging, payment and security providers operate under their own terms. BTC Command Center is not affiliated with or endorsed by an exchange, Google, YouTube, financial institution or payment provider unless explicitly stated.
Official channels are listed on the Contact page. We never request an exchange password, seed phrase, private key, bank PIN, CVV or remote-control access to a member's device.
The owner-operated BCC Content Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload original BTC Command Center videos and owner-controlled metadata to an owned channel. An authorized operator using YouTube-connected functionality also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service.
The channel owner controls queued titles, descriptions and visibility, may hold or skip an item, pause publishing or revoke access. YouTube-authorized data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Google access can be revoked in Google Security settings.
Material changes are posted with a revised date. Existing paid access remains governed by the terms presented at purchase unless a change is required by law or is accepted by the member. Applicable laws and mandatory consumer rights remain controlling.
Cryptocurrency futures trading can cause rapid and substantial losses, including losses greater than initial margin. BTC Command Center does not know a member's objectives, finances or risk tolerance and does not accept responsibility for trading decisions or market losses. Educational purposes only. Not financial advice.
