BTC Command Center is a digital service. No physical product is sold or shipped, and no shipping charge applies.
Delivery begins only after the approved payment provider reports the payment as successfully captured.
A new member receives a single-use activation link or secure setup instructions at the registered contact channel.
After setup, the member signs in at app.btccommandcenter.com and binds the permitted device/browser.
Automated activation is intended to occur promptly after confirmed payment. Fraud, identity, payment or technical checks can delay delivery.
Check the registered email, including spam, then use the current official channel on the Contact page. Include the registered email and order reference, but never full payment credentials.
If working access has not been delivered or a verified status update provided within one business day after captured payment, the customer may request cancellation and review under the Refund Policy.
The access period and expiry date are recorded when the entitlement is activated. Fixed-term access ends at expiry unless another term is purchased.
One plan is licensed to one trader, one device and one browser. Authorized device changes are handled through account support.
The terminal depends on third-party market feeds, exchanges, networks, hosting and security services. Temporary maintenance, upstream outages or degraded data can occur. Such events are handled under the Terms and do not convert the service into a trading or brokerage product.
